Head Pitmaster Jason Latham has over 25 years’ experience in hospitality, he has headed up some of Manchester’s best loved and finest restaurants.
Jason has been known to work alongside UK BBQ Champion Andy Annat and with UK BBQ champions’ bunch of swine’s. Alongside Simon Dyer, ITV’s BBQ champs winner, Jason was a part of the winning team of king of the grill at Grillstock 2016. He has been lucky enough to work with some of the best street food and festival vendors & BBQ competition teams in the UK. Leading the team at Manchester smokehouse and cellar, Jason’s’ passion has developed the best BBQ and Smoked food establishments in the North West and has quickly become a stalwart of Manchester’s culinary scene.
Our Events Manager
John Wilson a very well respected event manager with over 23 year hospitality running restaurants, hotels, casinos and nightclubs. He has worked all over the UK opening some of the best loved nightlife and hospitality venues. With his diverse experience in the industry there isn’t any type of event he hasn’t worked and can handle any situation.
Together they have created a one off catering and Events Company that can provide a unique experience, surpassing all customers’ needs and expectations.
The most important member of the team; Kong is our bespoke, custom made ‘Big Griller’. She is made of a reverse flow offset smoker, an Argentinean grill, cabinet smoker and an awesome chicken flipper – She has to be seen to appreciate her beauty!
